Tenancy Care Package
If you wish to source the tenants yourself but do not want the hassle of looking after the tenancy and property management responsibilities, then this option is for you.
Once you have found tenants and completed the pre-tenancy paperwork you can hand everything over to us and we will oversee everything from day one of the tenancy period.
